Process

1. Inquiry

Send me your project details and references.

2. Deposit (50%)

A 50% upfront payment via PayPal invoice is required to secure your slot

3. Sketch Phase

I will provide 3 sketch concepts for you to choose from

4. Rendering

After the sketch is approved, I proceed with coloring and final rendering

5. Final Payment & Delivery

The remaining 50% is due before the final high-resolution file is delivered.

Revisions Policy

Up to 3 revisions are included during the sketch phase.
Additional revisions beyond this may incur an extra fee.
After sketch approval, only minor detail adjustments can be made.

Usage Rights & Commercial Rights

Personal commissions are for non-commercial use.
Commercial rights are available for an additional fee depending on the project scope.
Book cover commissions include commercial publishing rights.
The artwork may not be redistributed, turned into merchandise, or used for AI training without written permission.

Refund Policy

The deposit is non-refundable once work has started.
If the commission is cancelled before work begins, the deposit can be refunded.
